Anti-Human DKK1 Recombinant Antibody (BHQ880) (CAT#: TAB-214CL)
Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human DKK1. BHQ880 is a human neutralizing IgG1 anti-DKK1 monoclonal antibody, that is being investigated for its impact on multiple myeloma-related bone disease and as an agent with potential anti-myeloma activity. BHQ880 in combination with zoledronic acid and anti-myeloma therapy was well tolerated and demonstrated potential clinical activity in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.

Dot Blot analysis of TAB-214CL was performed by coating with human DKK1 protein (His tag).
TAB-214CL incubation concentration: 2 μg/mL.
HRP-conjugated goat anti-Human IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1: 2000)

Western blot analysis of TAB-214CL was performed with human DKK1 protein onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-214CL and HRP goat anti-Human IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Lane 3: Reduced antigen (0.6 μg)

ELISA analysis of TAB-214CL was performed by coating with human DKK1 protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-214CL. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-Human IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
